ALL ROUNDER

All Rounder is a water based cement primer. Primer are crucial in the preparation of a wall. They must be used before the application of a texture or a top coat to ensure the durability of the paint. This is especially the case if the wall is being painted for the first time .

All Rounder is applied after mixing 50-60% of water by volume for getting an optimum coverage of 170-180* sq.ft. per litre . Apply with roller or brush.

FLOOR GUARD

A superior quality waterborne topcoat formulated to withstand harsh climates and protect your floor for long. Apply diluting 300ml of water per liter for a better result. it is semi glossy paint and are available in different colors to your choice.

EXTERIOR EMULSION

The best exterior emulsion of its grade available in the market. It has a unique formula that delivers unparalleled resistance to dirt pick-up, cracking, flaking and chalking.

Apply diluting with 50%/30% of water by volume for brush - roller respectively

BROLAC ACRYLIC POLISH

Thermoplastic Acrylic based polish especially formulated to self coloured interlocks to withstand its glazing in any adverse climate conditions.

Available in different colors.

Surface Preparation

The surface must be clean, sound, dry and free from dust, oil, grease etc. Remove all loose paint, dirt, fungus and salt deposits by wire brushing the surface. Wash the scraped surface thoroughly and allow it to dry.
